Privacy Policy Statement

Bluebell Privacy Policy Statement:

On the 25th May 2018 a new European Union (EU) data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) takes effect. The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process information of those individuals.

Please be reassured that at Bluebell we care deeply about your privacy and will never contact you, without you first agreeing to be contacted and having supplied your details for this purpose, nor will we ever share any of your personal data with any third party, except with your express consent.

Bluebell believe that the welfare of the child is paramount and that all children, without exception, have the right to protection from abuse regardless of gender, ethnicity, disability, sexuality or beliefs. All our staff and Trustees are committed to the protection and safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults and undertake regular training in these areas, as well as adhering to our policies, which are freely available on request.
