helping us

We would love it if you would help us to support families affected by antenatal or post-natal depression. There are many different ways you can get involved:

Be a bluebell buddy

If you have experienced antenatal or post-natal depression, or cared for a close friend or family member then do you feel able to support to another parent? Perhaps you are a dad who supported your partner and would be willing to chat to another dad in a similar situation or a mother who has recovered and feels able to befriend another local mother?

Share your skills

Are you qualified in hairdressing, beauty therapy, yoga, zumba, debt advice or healthy eating – we offer all of these sessions in our Mums’ Comfort Zone group and would be really keen to hear from you if you feel you can help.

Develop services in your area

We know there is a need for more services all over the UK to support parents affected by antenatal and post-natal depression. If you are interested in working with us to set up services in your area, then please get in touch.

Donate goodies

At the end of each 12-week group programme, we like to send mums home with a small goody bag of treats for themselves and their baby or toddler. If you would like to donate something to go into these, we would love to hear from you.

or maybe you’d prefer to help us fundraise
